Office hours: Monday – Friday: 12 – 4pm by appointment, Saturday and Sunday: Closed
To Rent/Lease A Home At StoneBrook
The rental process begins when the home you desire becomes available. Next,
- Complete an application which can be downloaded below.
- Return the application to the StoneBrook rental office with the application fee.
- Once your application is approved a $500 non-refundable holding fee is required within 3 business days of approval.
- StoneBrook offers one-year leases.
- Cats and dogs are welcome, with restrictions and fees. If you intend to have a pet in your home please ask for a Pet Policy form to review pet restrictions and your responsibilities.
StoneBrook Management is aware that smoking inside a home increases fire risk and maintenance costs. With this in mind, a no-smoking policy has been adopted, requiring tenants and their guests to smoke outside of the home structure, including garage.
