StoneBrook has a no-smoking policy. No smoking is allowed in the homes, garages, clubhouse, or community areas. This applies to tenants and their guests.

Pets are generally welcome with some restrictions:

• Limit 2 pets per home (indoor cats and dogs only)
• Resident pays a one-time non-refundable fee of $350/pet at the time the lease is signed
• Additionally, a monthly rent applies of $30/cat and $50/dog
• Dogs must weigh under 40 pounds; some dog breeds are excluded from consideration (for example: Akita, Chow Chow, Doberman, Hybrid Wolf, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Alaskan Malamute)

Cottages are ranch-style or patio homes distinguished by single floor living with all living necessities housed on one level (all bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, great room).

Yes, in part. Fairport Electric provides electric service. RG&E provides gas service for the furnaces and fireplaces in our homes.

One-third of the community is designated as “55+” indicating that most residents will be 55 years old or older. Homes in this part of the community have every-other-week house cleaning included in their rent.

Yes, we have 2 furnished model homes.  Please take a virtual tour of the models located under the tab “Townhome Apartments for Rent”.  You can also call the Leasing Office at 585-713-1090 to make an appointment to tour the model homes.
