To Rent/Lease a Home at StoneBrook
The rental process begins when the home you desire becomes available.
Next:
- Submit a leasing application to the StoneBrook Leasing Office [pdf] [docx]
- After StoneBrook reviews the application, each adult (>21 y.o.) occupant will receive a screening request from TransUnion SmartMove; each adult should complete the screening request and pay $49 to TransUnion for their report (which will be shared with the StoneBrook Leasing Office)
- Within 3 business days of StoneBrook Management approving your application, submit the $500 non-refundable holding fee (to be applied towards your security deposit upon move-in)
Please note that:
- StoneBrook offers one-year leases
- Cats and dogs are welcome, with restrictions and fees; if you intend to have a pet in your home, please ask for a Pet Policy form to review pet restrictions and your responsibilities
- StoneBrook has a no-smoking/no-vaping policy covering all indoor spaces (including garages)
